Good cover for the money
Compared three or four providers before picking this one and it came out best on value for what I needed. The policy wording is straight forward and the monthly payment is easy to set up. Got a reply to my question in under an hour via chat, which I did not expect at all from an insurer. Would go with them again.

Not as cheap as I hoped
Compared this with a couple of other insurers and was expecting it to come out cheapest, but the premium was clearly higher than the comparison sites suggested. The cover itself seemed fine on paper, just not the bargain I'd hoped for. I also had to chase the policy documents by email before they arrived. For the money I'd expect a bit more value for the price I was paying.

The price was a bit higher than the cheapest comparison site showed, but the excess was lower and the cover for my laptop and bike was clearer. Setting it up took about twelve minutes on my phone. Documents arrived by email straight away, which was a nice touch.

Compared them with a couple of the high street insurers and the quote was noticeably lower for similar cover. The app is well put together and the claims bit looked straightforward from what I read. Small niggle is you can't see the full policy wording until after you pay.

First time buying cover
Never bought insurance before so I wasn't sure what to ask. The questions on the quote page explained what each one was for, which helped a lot. My policy documents turned up in my inbox within a few minutes.
Cheaper than the rest
Checked a few other insurers before this and this one was about £40 cheaper for the same cover on my bike. The only thing that slowed me down was the bit where they asked for my previous claims history, I had to dig out an old email. Once that was done it was quick and the cover documents came straight through.
better than my last one
Switched over from my old insurer and this one came out cheaper than the comparison I did, which is why I went for it. The app is fine, though the claims section isn't as obvious as it could be. Still, I'd take it again.
