Good cover for the money
Compared three or four providers before picking this one and it came out best on value for what I needed. The policy wording is straight forward and the monthly payment is easy to set up. Got a reply to my question in under an hour via chat, which I did not expect at all from an insurer. Would go with them again.

Not as cheap as I hoped
Compared this with a couple of other insurers and was expecting it to come out cheapest, but the premium was clearly higher than the comparison sites suggested. The cover itself seemed fine on paper, just not the bargain I'd hoped for. I also had to chase the policy documents by email before they arrived. For the money I'd expect a bit more value for the price I was paying.

bought the renters policy
Went for their renters cover in the end after looking at about four other options. The price was a bit higher than the cheapest comparison site showed, but the excess was lower and the cover for my laptop and bike was clearer. Setting it up took about twelve minutes on my phone. Documents arrived by email straight away, which was a nice touch.

I'm afraid the sign-up was rather longer than I was expecting, with several pages of questions I had to answer twice. Once I got through it the cover seemed sensible and the price was reasonable. The confirmation email did take a day or so to arrive, which I found a little unsettling.
Basic cover, fair price
Took out the car cover they offered and it's a decent price for what you get. Had to dig for the excess details though, they weren't obvious until I was halfway through. Nothing major but it would be nice if they were up front.
First loan, mostly ok
Honestly it was fine for a first loan. The application took longer than I thought because they asked for three months of bank statements and I had to upload them twice. Repayments come out on the right date though.
