Compared it with the other travel app I usually open and this beat it on the seat choice for the coach to Glasgow. The sign up took a minute and the tickets showed up straight away. Good for quick trips.

Needed a hotel close to the hospital in Norwich for a few nights while my wife had treatment. I have used this site for years so went back to it. The room was clean and quiet, and the location was just what we needed. The refund process for one night took a bit longer than I'd like, but it came through in the end.
