Honestly it's an ok airline and I've flown with them for years. The problem this time was the rebooking after a cancelled flight to Jersey, I was on hold for almost two hours and then the agent couldn't see my seat selection. The flight itself was fine once we got going and the crew were kind about it.

Compared with how it used to be years ago, the booking now feels fiddly and the seat map takes ages to load. I've flown with them for over twenty years and the flights are still reliable. The price for the same route is a bit higher than the competition now.
