Trip

Compared it with the other travel app I usually open and this beat it on the seat choice for the coach to Glasgow. The sign up took a minute and the tickets showed up straight away. Good for quick trips.

Needed a cheap place to stay for a few nights while visiting my sister in Plymouth. Found a room on here for well under the price of the hotels nearby. Clean and comfortable, and the bus stop was round the corner. Good value for what we paid.

Booked a cottage in Devon for a long weekend and the listing matched what we got. The heating worked and the kitchen had everything listed. Pricing was clear with no extras popping up at the end. Would use again.

Needed somewhere to stay in Bath at short notice because a wedding got moved to the same weekend. Our usual places were all full. Found a flat on here with a few hours to spare and it was spot on. The host messaged the same day with the door code and everything worked out.

Been booking our family holidays through them for about eight years now and they have never let us down. We went to Cornwall last summer and the cottage was exactly as described, with the parking and the hot tub included. Easy to change dates when the kids had exams and the support team picked up quickly each time we rang. We will keep coming back.

I book a lot of work trips and this is the one I use for hotel plus train. The seat numbers show up on the app and the fares update quickly when you change dates. Saves me digging through three sites.

Booked a hotel in Manchester for a football weekend and this was my first time using them. The room was exactly as shown and the check in took two minutes. The confirmation email had everything I needed. Didn't have to think about much.

I did compare this with booking directly with the hotel and found it worked out a little cheaper through them, which I did not expect. The booking form was clear and I was able to ask a question by phone without being kept waiting. Our stay in the Lake District was lovely and the coach transfer was on time. I'd happily use them again.

Being new to this site I checked the hotel price on their own website first and this came out cheaper for the same room in Oxford. The booking was simple and the confirmation came straight away. Stay was good.

Best value for a four night stay in Keswick, the price was lower than the other sites I checked. You get free cancellation up to a week before and the app sends a reminder the day before check in. Nothing to complain about for the money.

I had four tabs open comparing a few sites for a long weekend in Brighton. This one came out with the clearest breakdown of what was included, and the cancellation rules were easy to find before I paid. The booking took about five minutes and the hotel was exactly where the map showed it.

Tried three other sites before settling on this one and it came out best on price for the same hotel in York. Booking took a couple of minutes. Happy with it.

We've been booking with them since about 2016 so this is a long relationship now. The thing I always notice is the confirmation email arrives within a minute of paying, with the hotel name and the check in time already on it. Last spring we got a family room in Bournemouth and the staff at the desk knew our booking straight away. We've never had to ring them with a problem.

Booked a hotel in Liverpool on the bus home, took about three minutes on my phone. The card saved so I didn't have to type it in again later. Got the confirmation straight away and the room was ready when I got there, which was nice after a long day.

Booked a three night city break to Edinburgh with a hotel and train package. I've done a fair few of these now and this was the smoothest. The train times were right, the hotel was in the old town like they said, and the confirmation came through within minutes. Knew exactly what I was getting and it all matched up.
