Compared to booking flights and a hotel separately, this came out a fair bit cheaper for our week in Turkey. The booking itself was easy enough. The only thing I did not like was the airport transfer took longer than they said, but it got us there in the end.

The specific thing we booked was a four-night stay in an apartment in Magaluf. We tried a couple of other sites first and this was the cheapest for the same place. Arrived, got the keys and the apartment was fine. Good for a lads trip.

I have been using them for our family holidays since the kids were small, so this is my fourth or fifth booking with them. The bit that stands out is how easy it is to add extra nights on the same booking without starting again. We added two nights in Malaga last year and the price for the extra stay was fair. Everything was clear on the confirmation and the transfers ran to time.

Compared to putting a flight and hotel together myself through a comparison site, this was simpler and the package price came out a bit lower for the same week in Lisbon. The hotel was the one I picked and the transfer was on time. The one thing I would flag is the seat selection on the outbound flight cost extra and I did not see that until the last screen, so check the extras before you pay.

Needed somewhere quiet for a few days before my brother's wedding and I could not get the time to plan it myself. We looked at a few options and this one had the best hotel for the money in the Lake District. The booking was straightforward and the room was comfortable, though the restaurant stopped serving earlier than I expected.

Booked the Tenerife trip on the app while queuing for coffee and it took maybe five minutes. Our airport transfer bus was about forty minutes late which was annoying after a long flight, but the driver was apologetic and the hotel was as described. Would book again.

Would happily book with them again. We looked at three other firms before settling on this one, and the total was the best value for the hotel we wanted. Flights left on time and the transfer was waiting at the airport.

Booked the Costa del Sol hotel having compared a few packages and this one looked the best value. When we got there the pool was a lot smaller than in the photos and the room was on the ground floor by the bins. Rep said there was nothing they could do and it took three days to get a reply when I emailed about it afterwards. Very disappointing for the money.

Was cheaper than the other sites I looked at for a weekend in Brighton so I went with it. The booking was quick enough. The hotel room was a bit small and the wifi kept dropping, which was annoying when I was trying to sort stuff out. Fine for what we paid though.

Had a small issue with the room being on the wrong floor but they moved us within the hour. Would use again, easy to do on the phone and I did not need to ring anyone.

We needed a holiday to mark our fortieth wedding anniversary and I wanted something organised without fuss. The hotel in Madeira was lovely, with a view over the sea from our balcony, and the staff remembered the occasion without us having to mention it. The transfers ran to time and the rep was very attentive throughout our stay.

Would book the Canaries trip with them again, which I have done a few times now. The flights left on time, the hotel was close to the sea and the rep was easy to find when we needed help. I know the resort well so I can tell you the rooms were better than what I have had elsewhere.
