simply the best coverage
The best coverage in the country, nothing else comes close in my area. Been a customer for years and it has never let me down on a train or in the hills.

Read moreI ordered a new handset on contract through the website and was told it would arrive within a few days. It took nearly two weeks, and when I rang to ask, I was passed between three people before anyone could tell me where the delivery had got to. I'm not sure I'd want to go through that again.

Giffgaff was cheaper but kept dropping calls on the train, which was my main problem. Moving over was a short call and my number came across the same day. The data speed on the bus route is much better now.

Ordered a SIM through the app on Monday and it turned up Wednesday. Set up took two mins. Coverage is fine in town but kinda patchy on the train line.
Looked at a few networks before going with them and this one came out in the middle on price. The first month was right but the bill went up slightly when the promotion ended. Coverage at work is solid and the app is handy.
Moved a work line over to a sim only 5G deal and the signal in our office block has held up well, even at peak times. Set-up took about ten minutes in the app, no calls needed.
I needed a rolling SIM only plan for my work phone and wanted something that wouldn't cost a bomb. Signed up on the site and the SIM turned up in two days. Monthly cost is fair for the data and the coverage on my commute is good. Nothing to complain about so far.
The SIM turned up two days after I ordered, which was quicker than I expected. The app is where I got stuck though, the bill breakdown is hard to find and I spent a good while hunting for my data usage before I gave up and checked it on the laptop instead.
Needed a plan change to add more data for a holiday and was in a rush at the time. The change took a while to go through on the app and I had to ring to get it confirmed. The advisor was pleasant enough once I got through, but the wait was long. Signal has been fine since.
The coverage map was what sold me on it, I live in a village where most networks barely work. Got my SIM sent out through the app and it arrived quickly. Set-up was easy and calls are clear. First month has been good, so far so good.
Needed a new SIM quick cos my old one stopped working on my last day at work. Ordered it through the app and it came in two days which was fine. Setup was easy. Signal's been decent in town but dropped a bit in my flat.
We needed a proper data bundle for three weeks in Spain because our old plan was going to cost a fortune in roaming charges. Switched to an EE roaming add-on through the app and it was live within minutes. Signal was solid in the cities and mostly fine in the mountains too. Would do it again without thinking twice.
Compared three networks before going with EE for my wife and me, and EE had the better signal at the house. The other two were slightly cheaper but dropped out in the same spot in the garden. The switch was done by phone and the new SIM arrived in a day. Pleased so far with the coverage and the data speeds on the bus route.
I bought the 5G plan with a new phone on contract after looking at a few deals online. The phone arrived the next working day and the SIM was already in it. Compared to the other networks the price was about the same but the data allowance was better. Signal in town is noticeably faster and I've had no drops at home so far.
Got a new phone on the plan from the site, ordered it on my lunch break. It was delivered the next morning and everything transferred over fine. Happy with the speeds so far.

Compared it to Vodafone and O2 before I moved and EE came out ahead for signal at my new flat. My old network dropped out every evening in the same spot, this doesn't. Sign up was simple and the setup took about ten minutes on the phone. Happy with the choice so far and it's been a few months now.
Switched from Three because my signal in halls was rubbish. EE is way better for calls and it's not much more per month. Only annoying thing is the first bill had an extra charge that took a bit to sort, but it got fixed.
Honestly they have been my network for over ten years and I've never had cause to leave. Upgrades are straightforward and the staff in the shop have always been patient with me. My signal at the cottage is better than it was a few years ago. I'd stay put.
Best move I made this year for my home internet. I'd been with a rival for years and the switch from them to EE was done in an afternoon, router arrived the next day and speeds have been solid ever since.
