my new phone contract took rather longer than I expected
I ordered a new handset on contract through the website and was told it would arrive within a few days. It took nearly two weeks, and when I rang to ask, I was passed between three people before anyone could tell me where the delivery had got to. I'm not sure I'd want to go through that again.

switched from giffgaff after a bad month
Compared a few networks when my old contract ended and EE had the best signal in my part of the Midlands by a distance. Giffgaff was cheaper but kept dropping calls on the train, which was my main problem. Moving over was a short call and my number came across the same day. The data speed on the bus route is much better now.

Got the sim quick
Ordered a SIM through the app on Monday and it turned up Wednesday. Set up took two mins. Coverage is fine in town but kinda patchy on the train line.
decent but the price crept up
Looked at a few networks before going with them and this one came out in the middle on price. The first month was right but the bill went up slightly when the promotion ended. Coverage at work is solid and the app is handy.
better than my last network
Switched from Three because my signal in halls was rubbish. EE is way better for calls and it's not much more per month. Only annoying thing is the first bill had an extra charge that took a bit to sort, but it got fixed.
