my new phone contract took rather longer than I expected
I ordered a new handset on contract through the website and was told it would arrive within a few days. It took nearly two weeks, and when I rang to ask, I was passed between three people before anyone could tell me where the delivery had got to. I'm not sure I'd want to go through that again.

switched from giffgaff after a bad month
Compared a few networks when my old contract ended and EE had the best signal in my part of the Midlands by a distance. Giffgaff was cheaper but kept dropping calls on the train, which was my main problem. Moving over was a short call and my number came across the same day. The data speed on the bus route is much better now.

Signal dropped while I was waiting
Needed a plan change to add more data for a holiday and was in a rush at the time. The change took a while to go through on the app and I had to ring to get it confirmed. The advisor was pleasant enough once I got through, but the wait was long. Signal has been fine since.
Needed a sim asap
Needed a new SIM quick cos my old one stopped working on my last day at work. Ordered it through the app and it came in two days which was fine. Setup was easy. Signal's been decent in town but dropped a bit in my flat.
