I'm very pleased with this, it has done exactly what I needed for my home computer. The support team answered my question within the hour, which surprised me given how many firms make you wait. I was a bit worried about the process at first but it was straightforward from start to finish.

Honestly I found the same thing cheaper on another site for my laptop and felt a bit ripped off paying this much. The install was fine but it kept asking me to restart. Not sure I'd bother again tbh.

Switched over from my old provider and the whole thing was done quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise on a lunch break. The app is fine for checking things on the go. Only minor thing is the login kept logging me out on my phone but it's sorted now. Would go with them again.
