I'm very pleased with this, it has done exactly what I needed for my home computer. The support team answered my question within the hour, which surprised me given how many firms make you wait. I was a bit worried about the process at first but it was straightforward from start to finish.

Read moreWent for this because it worked out cheaper per device than the other packages I looked at, and the number of devices covered was more than I expected. Renewal was a bit of a faff the first time because the card details page kept timing out, but once I got through it was fine. It has run quietly in the background since. For what I pay each year I think it's good value and I'd take it again.
Read moreI bought the licence for our office PCs a few years back and it has been a solid choice since. The protection runs without slowing anything down, which is what counts for us. The only thing that dragged was the renewal, where the confirmation email took a couple of days to arrive.
We needed proper cover for the office network after a scare with a dodgy email, so I looked into it on a Monday. Signing up was fine but the account setup needed a few emails back and forth before the licences were on the right accounts. Once that was sorted it has been fine, though it took the best part of a week to get there.
