Renewal was a bit of a faff the first time because the card details page kept timing out, but once I got through it was fine. It has run quietly in the background since. For what I pay each year I think it's good value and I'd take it again.

Got the phone app sorted during my lunch break and it took about five minutes, which I didn't expect. Found the alerts quick to set up too, and it's been on my phone since without any fuss.
Compared with my previous provider, the signing up was far simpler and I didn't have to sit on hold for an age. My son set it up for me but I could follow what was happening on the screen. The renewal reminder arrived well in advance, which I appreciated. I've been very content with it so far and I'd happily say so to my friends.
I bought the home licence for the family computers last spring and it was easy to get going. The email with the key arrived straight away. My husband had a bit of trouble installing it on his older laptop but a phone call sorted that out. Everyone is happy with it now.
Honestly the protection is solid and it's the sort of product you forget about, which is what you want. I've managed a few networks over the years and the policy controls are easy to get to without digging through menus. The dashboard could show a bit more history but that's a small grumble. Would put it on the next site.

Really good, the protection has sorted my work laptop properly and I have not had a single problem since setting it up. Took about ten minutes to install from the emailed link. Renewal reminders come through on time too.
