I'm very pleased with this, it has done exactly what I needed for my home computer. The support team answered my question within the hour, which surprised me given how many firms make you wait. I was a bit worried about the process at first but it was straightforward from start to finish.

Read moreWent for this because it worked out cheaper per device than the other packages I looked at, and the number of devices covered was more than I expected. Renewal was a bit of a faff the first time because the card details page kept timing out, but once I got through it was fine. It has run quietly in the background since. For what I pay each year I think it's good value and I'd take it again.
Read moreSwitched over from my old provider and the whole thing was done quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise on a lunch break. The app is fine for checking things on the go. Only minor thing is the login kept logging me out on my phone but it's sorted now. Would go with them again.
Needed something for my uni laptop after my last one got a virus and I was panicking about it. Got it set up in like ten mins and it has been fine since. Only annoying bit is it nags you about updates a lot.
Needed it after a dodgy download nearly wrecked my gaming pc so I grabbed the cheapest deal I could find. Signing up was quick and the install worked first time. The one thing that bugged me was the constant pop up asking me to upgrade, which got old fast. Otherwise it does its job and I have not had any issues.

It took a bit longer than I'd hoped to get the admin side sorted, mostly because I had to chase a login detail. Works well now though.
I have been a customer for years and bought the firewall for the shop back when we first moved online. It has kept things running through several updates without me having to touch it. The one thing I would change is the renewal invoice arriving with very little warning, so I nearly missed it. Otherwise the same team has looked after us for a long time.
Compared with the cheaper option my mate uses, this one costs a bit more but the protection feels more complete for what I do. Set up took about fifteen minutes and the renewal was straightforward. The support chat took a while to connect on a Sunday, so I would have liked quicker help then.
I was rather pleased with the alerts that come through to my tablet, which tell me clearly what has been stopped. The explanations are written in plain English, which I appreciate a great deal. The only quibble is the menu layout, which took me a while to find my way around.
