The first thing I noticed was how close the seats looked on the map for the theatre in Bath, which looked great. When I got the tickets the row was a bit further back than I'd pictured, so not quite as close as it looked. The price was fair and the tickets arrived quickly, so I'm not too bothered, just not what I'd imagined.
Needed a pair of tickets for a show in Liverpool for my mate's birthday and booked them in a rush between lectures. The tickets were fine when they came through but the show got moved and the refund took a couple of weeks to show up in my account. I messaged twice and got a reply on the second go. It's sorted now but I was getting worried about it for a bit.
The booking itself was fine and the tickets came through quickly for a gig in Birmingham. The service fee was a bit steep though, more than I'd expected for two standing tickets, so it felt a touch pricey. Otherwise no real issues with it.
Compared it with the venue's box office and it was cheaper once you'd factored in the postage they'd charge. Booked a pair for the theatre in Newcastle and the seats were fine. Nothing to complain about.
Got my usual seats for the opera in Glasgow again. Booked them the same way I always do and the tickets were in my account straight away. Easy as ever.
I've been to most of the venues in this country for gigs and this is the best place I've found to buy for them. The seat maps are accurate and the resale prices are shown clearly. Booked a pair for a show at the Royal Albert Hall and they arrived on time.
The seat map on the site showed exactly which rows were actually free for the Manchester gig, which saved me from picking something that wasn't there. Compared it with two other places and this was the clearest. Got my pair in about five minutes on the laptop at work.

I've been buying from them for about six years now, mostly for the theatre in Bristol and the odd concert. The app is easy enough to use once you know where things are, and the tickets always turn up in good time. Had no problems with the booking this time either and I'll keep using them.
Way better than the other site I tried for a long weekend in Edinburgh, which kept showing me stuff that wasn't even available. Booked in about five minutes on my phone, tickets came through straight away and the whole thing just worked. Didn't have to ring anyone. Would use again.
We needed tickets for the family trip to see the musical in London for my son's birthday and the sale for it sold out fast elsewhere. Found a pair here with time to spare. Checkout was quick, though the page froze once on my phone and I had to start again. Tickets arrived by email and in the app and everything matched the booking.
I compared three sites for a pair of tickets to a football match and this one had the best seat view for the price. Booked the seats in the app and the tickets showed up straight away. Checked the seat numbers against the map and they matched. Fine.
I needed to book seats for my sister's birthday trip to the theatre in York, as she can't manage the stairs and I wanted to be sure of level access. The booking itself went smoothly enough. The confirmation took a little while to arrive and I did have to write in to ask where the accessible seats were shown, but the reply came the next morning and was helpful.
Good value, plain and simple. The fees at the end were no worse than anywhere else I checked and the price on the page was the price I paid. Booked a hotel and a match ticket for a weekend in Cardiff. Confirmation was instant and the tickets arrived the same day.
Sorted, these were the best place I booked my festival tickets. Got them for the one in Reading and the app showed exactly where I'd be standing before I paid, so no nasty surprises. Downloaded them in the queue on the day and got in no bother.

Way easier than the other site I tried for a gig in Sheffield. This one loaded fast and showed the seats clearly. Got my tickets in a few minutes, no fuss.
Got tickets for the cup final with about an hour to go before the sale closed. Went through quick enough and the confirmation came through straight after. Not much else to say really.
I needed a wheelchair space for my wife's birthday at the concert hall in Cardiff, so I wanted to be certain it would be right. The booking went through without any bother and the accessible seating was shown clearly on the map. The confirmation came by email straight away and the tickets arrived in good time. I'd happily use them again.
