Booked a pair for a comedy night in Glasgow on my phone on the bus. The seats they showed on the map weren't the ones I got, they were further back than I'd picked. Sent a message through the site and it took three days to get a reply. Eventually sorted but it was a faff.

Quicker than going direct to the venue's own box office, which kept timing out for me on my phone during the sale. Here I got through first time and the app let me pick seats without refreshing every few seconds. Booked for a football match in Leeds on the train into town, stood in a queue for the stadium's ticket office. Tickets appeared in the app, no problems at the gate on the day either…

had to chase a refund
Needed a pair of tickets for a show in Liverpool for my mate's birthday and booked them in a rush between lectures. The tickets were fine when they came through but the show got moved and the refund took a couple of weeks to show up in my account. I messaged twice and got a reply on the second go. It's sorted now but I was getting worried about it for a bit.

Needed a seat for my sister
I needed to book seats for my sister's birthday trip to the theatre in York, as she can't manage the stairs and I wanted to be sure of level access. The booking itself went smoothly enough. The confirmation took a little while to arrive and I did have to write in to ask where the accessible seats were shown, but the reply came the next morning and was helpful.
