the seats were not quite right
Booked a pair for a comedy night in Glasgow on my phone on the bus. The seats they showed on the map weren't the ones I got, they were further back than I'd picked. Sent a message through the site and it took three days to get a reply. Eventually sorted but it was a faff.

better than going direct
Quicker than going direct to the venue's own box office, which kept timing out for me on my phone during the sale. Here I got through first time and the app let me pick seats without refreshing every few seconds. Booked for a football match in Leeds on the train into town, stood in a queue for the stadium's ticket office. Tickets appeared in the app, no problems at the gate on the day either…

Seats were a bit different
The first thing I noticed was how close the seats looked on the map for the theatre in Bath, which looked great. When I got the tickets the row was a bit further back than I'd pictured, so not quite as close as it looked. The price was fair and the tickets arrived quickly, so I'm not too bothered, just not what I'd imagined.
Booking was fine but fees
The booking itself was fine and the tickets came through quickly for a gig in Birmingham. The service fee was a bit steep though, more than I'd expected for two standing tickets, so it felt a touch pricey. Otherwise no real issues with it.
Needed tickets for the family
We needed tickets for the family trip to see the musical in London for my son's birthday and the sale for it sold out fast elsewhere. Found a pair here with time to spare. Checkout was quick, though the page froze once on my phone and I had to start again. Tickets arrived by email and in the app and everything matched the booking.
Compared a few sites
I compared three sites for a pair of tickets to a football match and this one had the best seat view for the price. Booked the seats in the app and the tickets showed up straight away. Checked the seat numbers against the map and they matched. Fine.

Got tickets for the cup final with about an hour to go before the sale closed. Went through quick enough and the confirmation came through straight after. Not much else to say really.
