Their tour of the Douro valley is the best value I have found for the price. The itinerary was laid out clearly and the hotel was as described. The guide knew the area and the wine tasting was a pleasant surprise. Entirely satisfied with the whole arrangement.

Compared with the big high street travel agents, this came out ahead on price for the same hotel in Cornwall. I have been using them for about twelve years now. The paperwork is always clear and the phone team has been helpful each time. Happy with it as always.
