I wanted a cabin with a balcony for our anniversary cruise on the Rhine, and the site made it easy to find one. The room was exactly as described and the staff on board were very helpful. The booking confirmation was clear and arrived promptly. I would have liked a little more guidance on the excursions, but that is a small point. An excellent experience all round.

Honestly one of the easiest sites I've used for booking a weekend away. Found a cottage in Cornwall in like five minutes and the reviews were actually useful. Would use again.

the map view is honestly the best bit, you can see exactly how far the hotel is from the beach. booking took like two mins. only annoying thing was a pop up asking me to sign up to something i didn't want, but easy enough to close.
