Booked the snorkel trip for me and my wife through the site, quick enough to do on the go. The boat left about twenty minutes late and the guide was a bit rushed at the reef, we got maybe half the time we were promised. Gear was fine and the crew were decent. Fair enough for the money but I'd check the timings before you go.

Compared to the last place we booked this felt a lot fresher, the rooms have a proper shower and the wifi mostly works. Breakfast was busy but the food was good. Only niggle was the air con being loud at night. Would go back.

Honestly the stay was worth every penny of what we paid, which is more than I say for most holidays. Room was spacious with a proper balcony and the staff were on top of things. Booking through the website was simple and the price didn't change after we paid. Would come back.

The guided cenote tour was the thing I'd tell anyone about. Guide knew the caves well, explained the geology without going on too long, and the swim at the end was lovely. Had been to a few of these in the region and this was the best run one. Booking the tour through the site was simple too.

Five nights at the resort and the stay itself was solid, room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was good. I'd say it's about right for the price compared to other places on the coast. The only niggle was changing our dates, the reply from their team took three days and we had to chase them. Once it was sorted it was fine.

The rooftop pool with the view over the Caribbean is honestly the best bit, we spent most afternoons up there. Would come back in a heartbeat, the pool alone is worth it.

Compared to the other all inclusive places we've done this was miles better for food. Buffet had proper variety and the cocktails were strong. Room was clean and the staff remembered our names by day two. Would book again no question.

Bought the snorkel day trip for two and it was good value compared to the ones booked through the big agencies. Boat left on time, kit was fine, lunch was basic but filling. The only thing was the wait to get back on the boat after the reef stop, felt like 40 minutes. Still worth it for the price.
