The stay was worth the price

Honestly the stay was worth every penny of what we paid, which is more than I say for most holidays. Room was spacious with a proper balcony and the staff were on top of things. Booking through the website was simple and the price didn't change after we paid. Would come back.

the cenote tour was the highlight

The guided cenote tour was the thing I'd tell anyone about. Guide knew the caves well, explained the geology without going on too long, and the swim at the end was lovely. Had been to a few of these in the region and this was the best run one. Booking the tour through the site was simple too.

A very pleasant stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would say it was an excellent choice for a holiday. The booking process was straightforward and the confirmation arrived promptly. Staff were attentive throughout, and we would be pleased to return.

The rooftop pool is the best bit

The rooftop pool with the view over the Caribbean is honestly the best bit, we spent most afternoons up there. Booked through the site on my phone, took about five minutes and the confirmation came straight away. Staff were friendly and the room was clean, nothing to moan about really. Would come back in a heartbeat, the pool alone is worth it.

booked a last minute trip

Booked a last minute trip on the app and the whole thing was done in ten minutes. The rooms are chill and the pool is gorgeous at sunset. Staff hooked us up with a free upgrade when we asked. Loved it, massive fan.

Good value for the money

The room and the food came in well under what we expected to pay for a week like this. Breakfast was included and good, the staff were helpful with the excursion bookings. Shuttle to the town ran to time. Nothing to complain about on value.

Needed somewhere close to the airport

We needed a place near the airport for a late flight and this was the easiest find. Booked on my phone in the car, confirmation came straight away. Transfer driver was waiting at arrivals. Sorted.

Needed a room for a family wedding

We needed rooms for a family wedding and the group booking was straightforward to set up. Price was fair for the area and the staff helped with the timings for the venue. Everything ran smoothly on the day.

Better than the usual all inclusive

Compared to the other all inclusive places we've done this was miles better for food. Buffet had proper variety and the cocktails were strong. Room was clean and the staff remembered our names by day two. Would book again no question.
