I booked the Algarve package with flights, a villa and a hire car, which is more fiddly than it sounds if you've tried it yourself. The site let me change the car pickup time without too much bother and the villa had everything listed, including the pool heating. Got the booking documents by email within a few minutes and the rep at the airport knew exactly who we were. Didn't need to ring anyone once we were out there.

Compared with the big high street travel agents, I found the same resort for a good deal less, and the holiday itself was every bit as comfortable. We stayed in a nice apartment near the beach in Mallorca and the transfers were prompt. A pleasant way to spend a fortnight.
