The specific thing we booked was a package to Tenerife with flights and a week in a hotel, and the flight times changed a couple of weeks before we went. They let us know quickly and offered an alternative but it meant we had a much later start. Otherwise the hotel was fine.
Compared it to booking through one of the big comparison sites and it was a bit cheaper for the same flights, so that was nice. Hotel was alright though the room was smaller than I'd pictured from the photos. Would still use them.
