The site let me change the car pickup time without too much bother and the villa had everything listed, including the pool heating. Looked at three other sites before booking and this one wasn't the cheapest for the same flights to Faro. The booking itself was easy enough and the hotel was fine. Changing the return date later was a faff though, took a couple of calls to get it sorted.
