Booked the business seat for the Abu Dhabi to London leg after comparing a few options on price and schedule. Seat folds into a proper bed and the food was better than I'd expected. Staff were quick with drinks and didn't hover. Only thing I'd flag is that the seat controls are a bit fiddly to find in the dark.

Compared it with flying direct from Heathrow and it came out about a hundred quid cheaper for the same dates, with a stopover in Abu Dhabi thrown in. Seats were comfortable enough and the cabin crew were friendly. Checked bag allowance was generous too, which mattered for us with the kids and all the car seats.
