We needed to get back to Manchester at short notice after my sister took ill, so I had to find a flight that could leave the same week. The fares were reasonable and I had the booking confirmed within the hour. I've flown with them many times over the years and they've never let me down on the basics. Cabin crew on the return were kind and patient with my sister.

Went with the flight to Bangkok because it was the one that fitted my dates, though I'd looked at two other airlines first. The seat I picked had less legroom than the map suggested, which was a bit disappointing. Cabin crew were fine and the flight landed on time. Price was on the high side compared to the others.
