We needed to get back to Manchester at short notice after my sister took ill, so I had to find a flight that could leave the same week. The fares were reasonable and I had the booking confirmed within the hour. I've flown with them many times over the years and they've never let me down on the basics. Cabin crew on the return were kind and patient with my sister.

Would manage it but I'd look elsewhere next time.

Found a cheap flight to Bali via Abu Dhabi and it was honestly so easy to book. The app kept crashing when I tried to pick seats though, so I just did it on the laptop instead.
Good value for the trip to Dubai, I think, and the seats were comfortable enough. The check in staff were polite and the flight was on time. The small tray table was a bit wobbly.
My mum had a fall in Cardiff so I had to get to Johannesburg and back fast, and this was the only thing with seats the same week. I booked on my phone in the car park. The fare was higher than I'd have liked for a last minute trip, and the flight left forty minutes late, but it got me there.
The fare to Colombo via Doha was the cheapest I could find for those dates, about forty quid under the other lot I checked. Booking was quick and the confirmation came through straight away. The only niggle is the baggage allowance is smaller than I'd like for a three week trip, so I ended up paying to add a bag on the way out.
Compared to the usual European carriers this was cheaper for a return to Delhi with a stop in Abu Dhabi, though not by as much as the advert made out. The bag fee at the airport was more than I'd budgeted for. Flight itself was on time and fine.
I've been flying with them for years now, mostly to see my sister in Perth, and they're always reliable. Booking online is easy enough once you know where to look. The seats on the longer legs could do with more padding, mind, but I still go back.
