I looked at the airline site, two comparison sites and a travel agent before settling on this. The bundle with a hotel near the Gothic Quarter came out cheapest by a bit. Booking took maybe ten minutes and the documents came through the same day. Good value.

Compared with booking straight through the airline, this was about forty quid cheaper on the same flight to Lisbon. I checked both before paying so I could see the difference. The payment went through without fuss and the tickets arrived quickly. Fees are shown up front, which I appreciated. I'd use them again for flights where the saving is clear.

Went with this over the airline's own site because the fare to Dublin was around twenty pounds lower. Worth comparing before you commit.

Honestly, I would not use them again for this. I checked three or four sites before booking and the fare looked lower here, but once I added the bag and seat fees it came out dearer than the others. The booking itself was fine, but when I needed to change a date the process was fiddly and took several days to get a reply from anyone. Nothing dreadful, just not the bargain I expected.
