We needed a few nights away for my husband's seventieth, and I wanted something without a lot of fuss. This was our first booking through the site and I was rather unsure at first. The search results were clear and the price was reasonable. Everything came through promptly and I've had no trouble since.
Read moreHonestly, I would not use them again for this. I checked three or four sites before booking and the fare looked lower here, but once I added the bag and seat fees it came out dearer than the others. The booking itself was fine, but when I needed to change a date the process was fiddly and took several days to get a reply from anyone. Nothing dreadful, just not the bargain I expected.
Read moreI would say the booking went smoothly enough, though I did have to wait a while for a reply when I had a question about my seat. I had looked at a couple of other sites first and the fare here was a little lower. The confirmation arrived promptly and the flight itself was on time. It's a perfectly reasonable service, though I'd want quicker answers if I ever had a problem.
Read moreI looked at the airline site, two comparison sites and a travel agent before settling on this. The bundle with a hotel near the Gothic Quarter came out cheapest by a bit. Booking took maybe ten minutes and the documents came through the same day. Good value.
Compared with booking straight through the airline, this was about forty quid cheaper on the same flight to Lisbon. I checked both before paying so I could see the difference. The payment went through without fuss and the tickets arrived quickly. Fees are shown up front, which I appreciated. I'd use them again for flights where the saving is clear.
Went with this over the airline's own site because the fare to Dublin was around twenty pounds lower. I double checked the baggage allowance against the airline's rules first, which took a few minutes. Payment was simple and the e-tickets came through straight after. Worth comparing before you commit.
Booked a return flight to Malaga for a long weekend with my mates. Took about five minutes and the tickets landed in my email right away. Didn't have any issues at all.

The date filter was the best bit, I could see the cheapest days to fly to Ibiza in about two minutes. Booked it on my phone on the bus home. Confirmation email came straight away. Would use again for sure.
