We needed a few nights away for my husband's seventieth, and I wanted something without a lot of fuss. This was our first booking through the site and I was rather unsure at first. The search results were clear and the price was reasonable. Everything came through promptly and I've had no trouble since.

I checked three or four sites before booking and the fare looked lower here, but once I added the bag and seat fees it came out dearer than the others. The booking itself was fine, but when I needed to change a date the process was fiddly and took several days to get a reply from anyone. Nothing dreadful, just not the bargain I expected.

I had looked at a couple of other sites first and the fare here was a little lower. The confirmation arrived promptly and the flight itself was on time. It's a perfectly reasonable service, though I'd want quicker answers if I ever had a problem.
