Compared with my old supplier this is so much better, mostly because I can pay by direct debit and check my usage on my phone without waiting for a letter. Switched a couple of months ago and the transfer went through without any gap in supply. The app is clean and the tariff is cheaper than what I was on. Spot on for what I needed, and I'd happily stay on.

The account and bills are fine though, and the online set up was easy. I'd check the other options before signing up because you can definitely find something cheaper if price is your main concern.

Prices are about where I expected and I've kept the account going.
