I went for their fixed twelve month deal after comparing four or five others on the comparison sites. It came out a little ahead of the rest once I added everything up, and the email confirmations arrived straight away. Nothing to grumble about so far.

I used to be with a bigger name supplier and this one beats them on price by a fair margin each quarter. I have been with them for over four years now and the account has never gone wrong. They send a letter each spring with the new rate and I have always found it easy to follow. My daughter set up the online account for me years ago and I still use it to read my meter.

Switched from my old supplier and the tariff is noticeably cheaper per unit, so that part was an easy win. Sign up took about ten minutes on the site but the switch itself took nearly three weeks to go through. Still no real complaints, just slow.

Happy with this one, it is cheap enough and the account is easy to manage on my phone. Took about ten minutes to sign up. Bills have been right so far.

This is my first time switching supplier so I compared a couple of comparison sites before deciding. It came out cheaper than the basic tariff from my landlord's provider, which was the main thing. The switch confirmation took a bit longer than the site said it would, around ten days, and I had to chase it once by email.

Moved house and needed a new supplier sorted before the weekend. Did it on my phone in the car park at work, took about five minutes. Good enough for me.

I needed to bring the energy bills down after a bad year and this was the cheapest tariff I could find for our three bed. The sign up was sound. The only thing is the first bill took longer than I expected to arrive, so I had to ring them to check the meter reading was right. They sorted it when I called.

Booked the switch on my phone during my lunch break and the whole thing took maybe four minutes, no forms to print. The meter reading they asked for was spot on and they sent a confirmation straight away. Didn't need to ring anyone so that's a win.

Honestly this was the best deal out of everything I looked at, and I looked at a lot. The rate is fixed so I know where I stand for the year. Joining took a few minutes online and the confirmation email was clear about the start date.

The smart meter fitter was booked for a morning slot but turned up gone two in the afternoon, which meant I'd waited in all day for nothing much. Once he got going the install itself was tidy enough and he showed me how the in home display worked. The account side was fine too, I just wish someone had rung to say they were running behind.

The switch went through first time, which is more than I can say for the last time I changed supplier. I had the meter readings ready and the whole thing was done in one sitting with no call needed. Unit rate and standing charge are both shown on the account page so I could check them against my old bill without digging.

Went with them for the smart meter install after looking at two other suppliers, mainly because they were offering it free with the tariff. The engineer turned up in the window they gave and left everything working. The in-home display is clear and easy to read.

Used the online quote tool at about eleven at night, which is when I finally had a spare moment to sort my energy out. It gave me the price straight away and I could see exactly what the standing charge was before I agreed to anything. Switched to their tariff the same evening and the paperwork came through by email right after. Would sign up again.

I had been looking at four or five suppliers and the reason I went with this one was the price for our usage, which came in lower than most of the others. Signing up was quick and I liked that they showed the total cost upfront. The one niggle is the account took a while to show the correct tariff in the app, so I had to check the paperwork to be sure.

Had to get electricity on in my new flat fast since I was moving in on the Friday. Booked it online on the Tuesday and it was live by the Thursday, which was quick. Easy.

The verdict is that the service is fine and the app works well enough for keeping an eye on usage. My issue is that when the fixed deal ended the new rate was higher than I expected, and it was a bit of a hunt through the emails to find out exactly when it changed. I did find a cheaper option in the end, but it meant comparing again and switching twice. Not a disaster.

Compared with the company I was with before, this one works out roughly a bit lower a month for us with a similar usage. We have two kids and a big freezer so the numbers matter to us. Sign up was straightforward, the welcome pack came in the post within a few days, and the customer line picked up without a long wait when I needed to query a payment. Happy so far.

What got me first was the monthly statement, it breaks down the standing charge and the unit rate really clearly, which my last supplier never did. I had compared three others before picking this and the breakdown was the main reason. The direct debit set up was smooth. Nothing else to add really.

Honestly really good, cheapest I found when I was looking for a flat. Signing up took about ten mins on my phone and the app shows my usage nicely. Only thing is I had to chase a bit for the first direct debit to come out but it sorted itself.

Went for their green electricity tariff in the end. It is priced a touch above the basic one, but worth it for us. The bill arrives on time each month.
