Signed up for their 12 month fixed tariff in March after my old supplier put the price up again. Sign up was done online in about ten minutes, they asked for my last meter reading and that was it. First bill arrived on time and the direct debit amount looks sensible so far. Customer account page is easy to find things on, which I wasn't expecting from an energy firm.

The first bill came in noticeably higher than the quote, and the explanation on the phone was that estimated readings had been used for two months. Once I sent in a proper reading it was corrected, but it was a fair amount of back and forth for something that should have been simple.

Only niggle is the smart meter took a few weeks to get properly linked to the app, so the readings showed blank for a while. Once that sorted it's been straightforward and the bills are easy to follow.

My only real complaint is the wait on the phone line, I was on hold for close to forty minutes when I queried a estimated bill. The issue was sorted eventually but I had to ring twice. I'd keep them, just hope you don't need to call.
Having worked in the sector for a while I know the market well, and this supplier is solid enough, the tariff is clear and the billing is accurate. It isn't the cheapest on the market though, and the renewal letter arrived with less notice than I'd like before the new rate kicked in. Would stay but I'd shop around each year.
