Microbattery

The charge level lights are a bit dim in daylight, hard to read at times. Otherwise it's fine, does the job for my commute. Delivery took a couple of days.

I've bought from them for years, this was my second battery pack, and I'm afraid this one is a clear step down from the last. The charge seems to drain while it's sat in the drawer doing nothing. When I rang about it the reply took nearly a week. Returning it has been a fiddly business too, the form kept rejecting my postcode.

Ordered a power bank from them last week for the commute and it arrived the next working day, which was quicker than I expected. Charges my phone twice over no bother and the cable that came with it is decent. Only thing is the box was bigger than it needed to be and I ended up with a fair bit of cardboard to bin, but the thing itself does the job and I've used it every day since.

Anyone who knows their way around portable power will spot straight away that the output rating is honest, which is more than I can say for some of the big names. The cells charge at a steady rate and don't get warm the way cheaper units do. Support replied to my question about pass-through charging within a day, with a clear answer. For the price I'd happily buy it again.

The little charge indicator on the side is the bit I actually like, you can see how much is left without switching it on. Fits in my coat pocket easily too. Ordered on the Tuesday, it turned up Thursday, tracking was spot on. Would get another for my mum.
