Anyone who knows their way around portable power will spot straight away that the output rating is honest, which is more than I can say for some of the big names. The cells charge at a steady rate and don't get warm the way cheaper units do. Support replied to my question about pass-through charging within a day, with a clear answer. For the price I'd happily buy it again.
Read moreI've bought from them for years, this was my second battery pack, and I'm afraid this one is a clear step down from the last. The charge seems to drain while it's sat in the drawer doing nothing. When I rang about it the reply took nearly a week. Returning it has been a fiddly business too, the form kept rejecting my postcode.
Read moreI was rather impressed by how small the unit was when it arrived, it slipped easily into my handbag without any bulk at all. The charging speed is perfectly sensible and I had both my phone and my husband's tablet topped up by the time we reached the hotel. Customer service answered my questions about the cable promptly and courteously. I would certainly order from them again, thank you.
Read moreOrdered a power bank from them last week for the commute and it arrived the next working day, which was quicker than I expected. Charges my phone twice over no bother and the cable that came with it is decent. Only thing is the box was bigger than it needed to be and I ended up with a fair bit of cardboard to bin, but the thing itself does the job and I've used it every day since.
Got a small battery pack for my phone for uni, it's fine for getting through a long day. Took a bit of working out how to see the charge level but once I found it was easy enough. Delivery was next day, which was good. Only niggle is the cable is quite short.
We were going camping for a long weekend with no proper electric hookup, so I needed something to keep the phones and the head torches going. First time ordering from them and the checkout was straightforward enough. Took a little while to get the hang of which port does what, the instructions could be clearer, but once I'd worked it out it kept everything going all weekend.
Good value for what it is, and it arrived well packed. The only small thing is that the cable is a little short, but it does the job for the bedside table.
Works well and the price was fair. Got a bit of a rattle in the casing that I'm not too bothered about. First order with them and it came in two days, so pretty quick.
