The smart meter fitter was booked for a morning slot but turned up gone two in the afternoon, which meant I'd waited in all day for nothing much. Once he got going the install itself was tidy enough and he showed me how the in home display worked. The account side was fine too, I just wish someone had rung to say they were running behind.
