I took a SIM only plan when my old contract ended and the sign up itself was quick, filled in the details on the site and the new number was working the same evening. My old network took ages to release my number so I had to chase them, not this company. Calls and data have been reliable since, and it's the cheapest I've ever paid for the same amount, so I'm happy with it.

The detail I liked most is that the app shows exactly how much data I have left, which stops me going over. Quick to check while I'm on the bus. Calls and texts work fine.
