I took a SIM only plan when my old contract ended and the sign up itself was quick, filled in the details on the site and the new number was working the same evening. My old network took ages to release my number so I had to chase them, not this company. Calls and data have been reliable since, and it's the cheapest I've ever paid for the same amount, so I'm happy with it.

Good value for what you pay each month, and the data has never run out on me. Signing up took about ten minutes online and the SIM turned up the next working day. Only thing is the signal in my village is a bit patchy, so I still use wifi calling at home.
Plan is good value and the signal's been fine in town. Only annoying bit is the app, it keeps logging me out and I have to reset my password every few weeks. Not a dealbreaker lol.
