I took a SIM only plan when my old contract ended and the sign up itself was quick, filled in the details on the site and the new number was working the same evening. My old network took ages to release my number so I had to chase them, not this company. Calls and data have been reliable since, and it's the cheapest I've ever paid for the same amount, so I'm happy with it.

I did find the online account a little awkward to use when I wanted to change my package, as the menus are not very clear. I had to ring them to finish the change, though the person on the line was patient and helpful.
