Decent but not cheapest

Knowing the market a bit, this is decent but you do pay a little more than the budget brands for the same allowance. I needed a plan with roaming in Europe and that was included which saved me a fee. The claim process for a faulty handset was slower than I'd like, took about a week to get a replacement sorted.

Activation took ages

The signal is good but the activation took forever, my new sim said no service for nearly two days and I had to ring them twice to get it sorted. Once it was working it's been fine, just a bit of a faff at the start tbh and I nearly gave up on it.

Been with them years

I've been with this network for many years now, and when I compared it to a rival that kept pushing me to upgrade, it was a much calmer experience. My bill has stayed roughly the same and the people in the shop have always been patient with me. The one niggle is that their online chat can take a while to answer, sometimes a good ten minutes, but I'd still stay.

Great signal but the app

The signal is great pretty much everywhere I go, from the tube to my mum's village, which is what I needed most from a new network. The app is where it falls down a bit, it logged me out twice this week and I had to reset my password. Still, the plan is good value and I'd stick with it.

really solid connection

Really solid connection, I'm on it every day for work and it hasn't dropped once in a few months. Plan was cheap to start and the app makes it easy to see what I've used. Can't fault it.

Needed a sim fast

Needed a new sim quick because my old contract ended mid month and i was stuck with no data. Signed up on the app in about ten minutes, sim arrived the next day and it all just worked. Only tiny gripe was the app asking me to confirm my address twice.

A sensible choice

When I compared this with the other big networks, it turned out to be a sensible choice for the money, particularly as I don't need a lot of data. The signal at home is reliable and the paperwork came through clearly. I was pleased with how straightforward the whole arrangement was.

easy switch, no faff

Switched over from another network on my phone and it was done before my tea got cold. Data's quick enough on the train and the sim arrived next day. Dead simple really, no weird add ons trying to get me.

Sim only plan

Bought a sim only plan after looking at three other providers, and this one came out cheapest for the data I need. The sim arrived quick and it activated without any fuss. Only slight annoyance was having to upload ID in the app.

first time with them, happy

First time with them and the sign up took about ten minutes on the site. Got a text straight after saying my sim was on its way. Signal's been good at home and at work so far.

got a new contract

I got a new contract with a free phone added on, which I'd been eyeing up for ages before finally pulling the trigger. The phone was in a box the next morning with the sim already in it and a quick guide. Setting up the new handset took an hour because I had to move all my photos over, but it's been brilliant so far and the data is more than enough for my commute and everything else.

Cheaper than my old network

Compared to my old network this is way cheaper for the same amount of data, which was the whole reason I switched. Sign up was quick and the plan is easy to change in the app. Only thing is the early upgrade fee put me off a bit.

My first sim only plan

Got a sim only plan as my first time with them and the whole thing was done in one go online. Sim came in a plain envelope two days later with everything I needed. Nice and simple.

quick and easy

Would definitely sign up again, got my sim only plan sorted in about five minutes on the app while waiting for the kettle. Live the same day, no hassle at all.

Better than my old network

Way better than my old network, the signal in my area went from patchy to full bars the week I switched. Was on the bus typing this so forgive typos. Paying less each month too, which is nice, and the upgrade process was quick when I wanted a newer phone.

Bought the unlimited plan

I bought the unlimited data plan for my first mobile contract and honestly had no idea what to expect. Setup was simple, the activation email arrived within minutes and the phone picked up the network straight away. Data speeds have been good everywhere I go in London.

Long time customer

I needed a reliable contract for my home phone and broadband after moving house, and I've stayed with this provider ever since. The engineer came when promised and the install was tidy. My bill has been steady and the customer team has always been helpful when I've rung in.

Quick to get going

Signed up for a sim only deal and it was live the same day, which I didn't expect. The only thing that annoyed me was the app asked me to verify my ID three times before it would let me see my usage. Would still go with them again though.

Needed a new plan for my wife

We needed a new plan for my wife's mobile when her old contract came to an end, and I wanted something reliable without any nonsense. The sign up was straightforward, though I did have to ring once to clarify the monthly cost. The staff were courteous and sorted it out.

Sorted in minutes

Sorted in minutes, I switched over from another network on my phone during my lunch break. Porting went through without me doing anything and the new plan is cheaper. Would do it again no question.
