Needed a reliable service for the house and wanted to keep the costs down. Compared the price with two local firms and this came out cheaper for a similar job, so that settled it. The booking was easy to do online and the team arrived on the agreed day and finished in good time. They cleaned up after themselves, which is always a bonus. Would have them back for the next job.
Read moreCompared a few options before going with this one and the price looked good on the page. When it came to the actual visit the work took longer than I was told and the final bill was higher than the quote. The team were polite enough but I had to chase them twice to get anything put right.
Read moreOur system needed sorting urgently after a fault, so I went looking for someone who could come out quickly. The booking was simple enough, though the first appointment slipped by a day and nobody rang to say so. The work itself was done properly once they arrived and the explanation afterwards was clear. Pricing was fair but the wait for a reply to my email was longer than I'd like.
Read moreCompared with the firm I was with before, the process here is far less of a faff, I'll say that. I've been a customer for years now and the staff know my details without me repeating them every time. The one thing I'd change is the wait on hold when I ring, which is a bit long at busy times, but everything else has been reliable.
I've been with them for about six years now, renewing the same arrangement each year. Last renewal went through without any fuss, the reminder came in good time and the new terms were clearly set out. They've always been reliable for me, and the staff on the phone are patient when I need a bit of help.
Got my account set up on the app and it all works fine now. The sign up needed me to verify my email twice though, which was a pain when I was on the bus. Once I was in, the service has been good and I haven't had any issues since.
Our old system packed in and we needed something that could take over the same setup without a rebuild. Signing up was straightforward and the onboarding call covered what I needed to know. The one thing I'd flag is the support queue at peak time, but on the whole it does the job we need.
