Needed a reliable service for the house and wanted to keep the costs down. Compared the price with two local firms and this came out cheaper for a similar job, so that settled it. The booking was easy to do online and the team arrived on the agreed day and finished in good time. They cleaned up after themselves, which is always a bonus. Would have them back for the next job.

The booking was simple enough, though the first appointment slipped by a day and nobody rang to say so. The work itself was done properly once they arrived and the explanation afterwards was clear. Pricing was fair but the wait for a reply to my email was longer than I'd like.
