Looked at four different lenders before going with them because the rates varied a lot. What stood out was the clear breakdown of total repayable before I had to commit to anything. Signing up took about ten minutes and I got a decision within the hour. The money arrived the same day, and I can see every payment in the app so there's nothing to chase.

Once approved the money came through fine, and the repayment schedule was easy enough to set up, but I'd think twice if you need it urgently.
Read moreWhat stands out most is that the account page still looks the same as when I first joined, which I actually like. I've borrowed from them a few times over the years and every time the money turns up when they say it will. The app shows me the balance and the next payment date without me having to dig. Nothing has changed in the process and that suits me fine.
Read moreI needed the funds quickly for a family matter and I looked at three other lenders first. This one wasn't the cheapest but it was the only one that gave me an answer the same day. The paperwork was a bit fiddly and took longer than I'd have liked.

I needed the money to cover an unexpected car repair and the bank had turned me down. The application took a while to complete as there were a lot of questions about my income. The money came through in the end, though I did feel the process dragged on longer than it should have.
Quick enough to get approved and the money arrived the next day. Customer service took three days to reply to my question about an early payment though. The fees are higher than I expected once you add them up, so I'd check the total before signing.
