Honestly the bit that got me was the tracking, you could see the parcel move from the depot to the van in real time which is more than I expected for the price. Booked it on the app in like two minutes and the driver knocked at 8am. Only small thing is the app kept asking me to rate it before I'd even sent anything, bit annoying but whatever, would use again for sure.
