Compared it to the other claims site I'd looked at and this was way quicker, like I put the flight details in and they came back within a day. Didn't have to ring anyone which was a relief tbh. The money landed in my account a few days later and that was that. Would use again if another flight goes wrong, no complaints really.

The wait was longer than I'd hoped though, around six weeks from submitting to the money arriving, and I'd have liked a clearer timeline up front. Would use again if I had to, but I'd check the expected timescales first.
I'm afraid the wait to hear back was longer than I'd have liked. I submitted my claim for a missed connection and it was some days before I received any acknowledgement. The claim itself was dealt with properly once it had been looked at. I just wish they'd kept me better informed while it was in progress.
Went with these over another claims site which wanted more of the payout. Saved a bit that way. Waited about three weeks for a reply though, had to chase once. Money came through in the end.
