Compared with the handyman lot down the road, these have always been more reliable. I've used them for years now, and the crew are the same faces each time, which helps. Last job was a loft conversion and it went to plan. They keep me informed and I've never been left waiting long.

Honestly the best bit was how fast I could book the whole thing on my phone, took about five mins and they had a date in my calendar straight away. The guy who came out was sound and didn't mess about. Only niggle is they said they'd text the morning of and didn't till half eleven, so I was stood around for ages. Wouldn't mind using them again though, the price was fair.
