Compared with the handyman lot down the road, these have always been more reliable. I've used them for years now, and the crew are the same faces each time, which helps. Last job was a loft conversion and it went to plan. They keep me informed and I've never been left waiting long.

Honestly the best bit was how fast I could book the whole thing on my phone, took about five mins and they had a date in my calendar straight away. The guy who came out was sound and didn't mess about. Only niggle is they said they'd text the morning of and didn't till half eleven, so I was stood around for ages. Wouldn't mind using them again though, the price was fair.

Honestly the best fit out we've had on a flat, and we've had three done over the years. They understood straight away that the chimney breast was load bearing and didn't just guess. The joinery came in square, the finish on the doors was clean, and the crew cleared up every evening without being asked. They also flagged a damp patch before anything went on the walls, which saved us a headache later. Proper trade people who know their stuff.

Compared with the firm we used before, this was a far more pleasant experience. They returned my calls the same day, which I did appreciate. The work was tidy and they were quite courteous throughout.

Needed our flat sorted before the landlord inspection so had to get someone quick. Signed up on the site the same night. The team came the next morning and got the carpets and skirting done in a day. Tidy job, no mess left behind. Brilliant.
