I've been a customer for about nine years now and the renewal reminders always come through on time, which I appreciate. The one thing I'd change is the online portal, it logs you out every few minutes when you're trying to update a valuation on a bigger collection. Otherwise it does the job and I've never had a problem when I've needed to claim.

Went with them after comparing with my old provider who wanted nearly double for the same cover on my engagement ring and watch. Quote was done online in about ten minutes and the premium is noticeably lower for what I actually need, so no complaints from me about the value.
