The one thing I'd change is the online portal, it logs you out every few minutes when you're trying to update a valuation on a bigger collection. Otherwise it does the job and I've never had a problem when I've needed to claim.

Ok so the cover for my lenses and phone works fine and the app is easy to use for adding things. Only thing is the app kept logging me out when I tried to upload photos of the receipts. Otherwise it's sorted and the price is fine for a student.
