Compared with a couple of other operators, these were noticeably more expensive for a very similar itinerary. The first hotel was not as described and it took the team almost a week to offer any kind of change. Guide was pleasant enough but I was let down by how long it all took. Not something I'd rush to book again.

The guide on our Scottish Highlands trip was the highlight for me, he knew everything about the history and never rushed us. Booking was straightforward and the coach was comfortable. Lunch was a bit pricey but the company was lovely.

Needed a cheap bit of sun after a rough winter at work, so I went looking for a package that didn't cost the earth. Found one with them, price was fair for what you get and the hotel was clean with breakfast included. Nothing to complain about for the money.

Honestly worth every penny, we did the Lake District weekend and it covered everything. Accommodation was lovely and the walks were well planned. Good value for a couple, and the itinerary was clear from start to finish.

Booked a week in Japan through them and it was honestly a lot easier than going direct with the airline, which kept changing my flight times. The itinerary came through in one PDF and the guide met us at the airport like they said he would. Couple of bits of the schedule felt a bit rushed on day three, otherwise fine. Would use them again for sure.

The pick up point for the coach was clearly marked on the confirmation email, which saved me a lot of faffing about on the morning. Price was a bit under what I'd paid for a similar trip elsewhere, so I didn't mind the small wait for the reply to my question about lunch.

The pickup point they gave me for the bus was a bit hard to find, I ended up walking round for ages. Once on board it was fine and the driver was lovely. Price was ok for what you get. Would be nicer with clearer directions.

Really glad I went with them for my first guided tour. Everything ran smoothly from the booking through to getting home, and the guide sorted a mix-up with a room straight away. Felt looked after the whole way.

Needed a trip that could handle my mum using a wheelchair, which is hard to find. Went with them because they listed accessible stops clearly. Everything worked out, the coach had a lift and the hotel was step-free. Money well spent for what we needed.

Cancelled a city break in Edinburgh and the money took about two weeks to come back to my card. The booking itself was dead easy though, the app showed everything clearly.

Sorted out a Spain city break with them and it was good value for the money. Hotel was clean, the excursion was well run and everything was where it said it would be. Easy choice.

Booked the York walking tour and the 2 night package through the site last month. Took about 5 mins to pay and the confirmation came straight away. Guide was fab and we had loads of free time. Would do again.

Booked the Cotswolds day tour on the site and it was dead easy. Driver was chill, the villages were gorgeous and we got back on time. Lunch stop was a bit of a surprise but a good one. Would go again.

Booked a weekend in Edinburgh for me and my mates because it looked fun and cheap. The hotel was in a good spot and the walking tour was the best bit. We had such a laugh, would do it again.

Booked a weekend in York on the site, which was simple enough. I emailed about changing the room to a ground floor one and it took four days to hear back, so I'd have liked a quicker answer.

We had a lovely week in Devon with them and I'd happily book with them again. The hotel was comfortable, the excursions were well planned and the staff were attentive. The booking took a little longer to confirm than I'd like, but everything else went smoothly.
