Weekend in Italy

Compared with booking the flights and a hotel separately, this worked out cheaper for the two of us. The villa week in Puglia had everything sorted, and we only paid for the extras we wanted. Good value for what you get.

Needed a break fast after my work fell through so booked on their app on the train home. Got a call back within the hour and the Lake Como trip was sorted by the evening. Hotel was fine, transfers on time. Brilliant.

We needed a trip that wouldn't involve us spending a month sorting out ferries and hotels for my mum's 70th. The package covered most of it, though the price was a fair bit higher than booking the flights and hotels separately, which is the main reason I've knocked a star off. The coach from Venice was a bit late but the driver sorted it. Good for a family group.

Honest verdict, it's good value for money if you're doing the whole thing through them rather than piecing it together. Flights, transfers and a decent apartment in Naples for less than we'd have paid doing it ourselves, and I checked. The only thing I'd flag is the booking page took a while to load on my laptop but it got there in the end. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Really lovely week in Puglia, the masseria they put us in was gorgeous and the staff were lovely. Booking was simple and the confirmation came through quickly. Would go again.

We went for the Dolomites walking tour in July and it was well run, with a guide who knew the trails. The hotels were comfortable and the packed lunches were decent. One of the luggage transfers arrived a few hours after we did, which was annoying but not a disaster.

Needed a hen do sorted in Florence for a mate and this was perfect, booked on the app in like ten minutes. Everyone got their own room, the cooking class was a laugh and the guide knew all the best bars. Nothing to complain about at all tbh.

The cookery course in Bologna was the highlight, the chef took us round the market first and then we cooked in a proper kitchen rather than a tourist set-up. I've been to Italy loads so I know the area well, and they picked a sensible spot away from the crowds. Good pace, good group size, and the timings on the day matched the pack.

I have used them for four trips now and the cookery class in Bologna was the best bit. Booking through the site is easy. The only niggle was that the class start time moved and I had to rearrange a taxi.

I've used them for years and this was another solid trip, the Tuscany week was well planned and the hotel staff were helpful. The only niggle was changing our dates after booking, which took several emails and a couple of days to get confirmed. Once it was sorted it was fine.

We booked the Tuscany villa week through them back in March, our first time using a holiday company like this rather than just booking flights and a rental ourselves. The villa was lovely and the pool was the highlight for the kids. Booking took a few days of back and forth over email because one of the transfer dates had to change, and that was a bit slow. Otherwise it went smoothly.

Never booked a trip like this before so I was nervous, but the site walked me through each step and I knew what I was paying for. The Lake Garda week was run properly, the reps were easy to find and answered my daft questions on WhatsApp. Felt looked after the whole way, which is what I wanted.

Looked at three or four other companies before settling on these and the daily breakdown of the itinerary was the bit that won me over, every day laid out with times and what was included. Booked the Sorrento leg of our trip and the transfers from the airport were waiting exactly where they said they would be. Didn't have to chase anything.

We wanted somewhere easy to get to without much fuss, and the Lake Como package was just right. The hotel was charming and the boat transfers were on time. We've been back to them twice since.

I would say this is a very satisfactory arrangement for anyone wishing to see the Amalfi coast without the bother of planning every step. The coach transfers were punctual and the guide was courteous. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Compared with the coach tour I had looked at with a friend, this fell short on the detail of what was included. The hotel in Naples was a step below the photos and it wasn't clear beforehand which meals were covered. I raised it with them and they did eventually refund part of an excursion, though it took about ten days to hear back. The guide was pleasant enough but I would think carefully before booking again.

Compared a few operators before booking and the detail on the site was the best of them, with the daily plans laid out clearly. What bothered me was the price, it came out a fair bit more than some of the others once the transfers were added. The guide was good though, and the hotel was fine.

Booked the cookery class in Bologna as an add on to the week. It cost less than the places I'd seen online and the class was hands on for two hours. Good value.

Compared to doing it all on Booking dot com ourselves this was so much easier, we didn't have to sort out trains and hotels separately. The guide they sent was handy. Had a brilliant time in Rome.
